Payroll Apprenticeships
Each year we aim to take on at least one apprentice, ideally between the ages of 16 to 25. Our apprenticeships are office-based in Frome, Somerset with 80% working experience and 20% set aside for coursework and online tutoring by the external training provider.
Apprenticeships usually last between 15 to 18 months depending on your speed of learning, completing NVQ Level 3 in Payroll Administration. After completion, many of our apprentices stay on in full-time employment with us and continue with their career development and learning, with the option to continue the apprenticeship to Level 5 Assistant Payroll Manager.
